Julian has spent 20 years successfully managing substantial business to business services companies in the UK and Europe. He is currently Chairman of Whitehill Pelham Ltd and advisor to a number of Private Equity owned companies. He has a record of success as a strategist and developer of businesses.  He was previously Managing Director of the facilities management and support service businesses within BET and of the European moving services business of NFC. During his early career he had senior roles in sales, marketing and business development in the computer industry.

He joins the board from Reliance Security Group where he held the position of Group Managing Director and his appointment demonstrates the Board’s intent to build upon the significant progress made in the last three years.
