Neil Lancaster has over 20 years experience of working within HR and more latterly he has occupied senior roles which focused on the benefits of Strategic HR, Talent Management, HR Transformation and Change Management.

He has led the HR Function, and used his skills and experience to bring about major changes in transforming the HR function to improve business performance. Prior to Joining Gamestec, Neil was HR Transformation Director, for one of the UK’s leading private companies.

Despite, a strong academic underpinning, Neil believes HR must add value to the ‘bottom line’ and with a background in General Management and Marketing he has a distinctly commercial and practical approach to strategic HR Management.

Neil is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, with post graduate qualifications in HR, and Marketing. He has a Masters degree in Strategic HR, and is currently writing up his PhD
